"Great customer service. My semi truck did not start. First of all guys tried to help me by phone to understand what is the problem and gave me advices how to diagnose and fix it by my self (not like other road services which come just to charge you and sometimes solve nothing). Mechanic arrived very fast. He was 70 miles away and came in 1.5 h after my call, found the problem (it was a bad wire on starter solenoid) and solve in 1h.
